Hello, I'm Amanda.
I'm an art director and creative leader based in New York City. I've spent a decade building brand campaigns for fashion, footwear, and lifestyle brands, currently leading creative direction at Marc Fisher Footwear for Hunter, Nine West, and formerly Rockport.
My work sits at the intersection of brand storytelling, commercial strategy, and emerging production tools. I direct integrated campaigns across web, email, paid social, video, and point-of-sale, and I design brand identity and packaging end-to-end.
I approach creative work with a business-owner's mindset. Every campaign decision—the posing, the packaging, the paid social cut—ties back to a commercial outcome. That's what makes creative leadership different from creative execution: not the craft, but the judgment about why one idea earns the investment over another.
AI is a real part of how I work. My current daily stack is Claude chat, Claude Code, and Claude Cowork, plus Google Gemini for image and video creation. I treat AI as a production partner, a way to streamline and increase productivity, not replace creative.
I lead cross-functional teams across photography, video, still life, wardrobe, prop styling, and digital production—running crews of up to 30 on shoots that capture 50+ assets per day.
Beyond work I enjoy eating with the James Beard Foundation Greens, using my membership to The Met as much as possible, and seeing New York City Ballet perform any chance I can.
